From Start to Finish

Viva Cape Projects pride itself on the value engineering aspect of construction. Before any project begins the Viva Cape Projects team of engineers and contracts managers sit down with the consulting engineers for the job to assist in the practicality and flow of the design. This will ensure both Viva Cape Projects and the client’s consulting engineer have a good understanding of the information flow required as well as any potential obstacles that may arise.
